Uncaged Pets (Dogs & Cats)
A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply for uncaged pets residing in the unit:
- Pet Fees (non-refundable):
- First pet: $400.00
- Second pet: $250.00
- Monthly Pet Rent:
- First pet: $60.00 per month
- Second pet: $50.00 per month
During the application process, residents are required to provide current vaccination records, a city licensing ID number, and a photo of each pet for our records.
Caged Pets
A non-refundable pet fee applies for caged pets, with no monthly pet rent:
- First pet: $300.00
- Second pet: $150.00
Fish are exempt from caged pet fees; however, all aquariums must be 50 gallons or smaller.
